Marvin Winkler
 
Executive Chairman
 
Mr. Winkler is the co-owner of Gotcha International, Inc., and the founder of SSP Solutions, Inc. Before venturing into the technology field, Mr. Winkler was a key
consumer products marketer creating, developing, and marketing licensed consumer products for such brand names as Disney, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Bodyglove, Ocean Pacific, and the professional sports franchises including the National Hockey League, the National Basketball Association and Magic Johnson. Mr. Winkler founded American Marketing Works, cited by INC. Magazine in 1989 as the fifteenth fastest-growing company in America; and acquired Gotcha International in 1996. Mr. Winkler was the founder, sole director, president and chief executive officer of BIZ. In June 1999, Mr. Winkler partnered with Broadcom Corporation and co-founded Broadband Interactive Group and Bluetorch TV to demonstrate interactive television in a convergent broadband media industry. Marvin Winkler was co-chairman of the board of directors of SSP Solutions, Inc., a director and SSP's chief executive officer, positions he has held since August 2001 following SSP's acquisition of BIZ Interactive Zone, Inc. in August 2004 when he merged the company with SAFlink Corporation. Mr. Winkler's honors include: Cedars-Sinai Man of the Year, and the Fashion Industries Guild Man of the Year. Mr. Winkler is a member of YPO, WPO and a member of Orange County and The State of Virginia Sheriff Reserves.
Philippe Benoliel
Chief Operating Officer
 
Philippe is the Chief Executive Officer of Planetwide Media, and brings over 20 years of software and management experience to the company.
Prior to Planetwide, Philippe held leadership positions in enterprise software companies, Knowledge Storm (Australia), and Solution 6 (South Africa and UK). He was co founder and director in charge of business development for Advanced Professional Solutions (APS Australia) which was taken public in 2000, private in 2003 and sold to Reckon (Intuit Australia Distributor) in 2005. In his role at APS, Philippe led the company’s business growth from start-up to market leader with over 70% market share in under 7 years. Before co-founding APS, he incubated several other start-ups . To this day he sits on the board and advises several companies on general strategy and business development methodologies. Born in Paris, France, Philippe grew up in South Africa and lived in London, UK and Sydney, Australia. He received a BCom degree and MSc in Computer Science from the University of South Africa. He moved to Los Angeles in 2006 where he now lives with his wife and daughter.
Kevin Donovan
President
 
With over 20 years of experience in corporate branding and licensing, Mr. Donovan brings a wealth of brand building, creative energy and business development acumen to
Planetwide Media since forming the company with Mr. Winkler, where he has been essential in bringing high profile brands into significant partnership deals for the company including those with Marvel, Virgin Comics, National Geographic, TOKYOPOP and Paramount Studios. Mr. Donovan was formerly Director of Brand Image for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympics, where he was responsible for the development of the entire look and feel of the Olympic Games for presentation of the Games. Donovan worked closely and coordinated with all 45 Organizing Committee functions, international broadcasters, host cities, local government officials, competition and non-competition venues, volunteers, official worldwide sponsors, suppliers and licensees in creating a consistent, global award-winning brand image. In addition, Donovan created the All-American Sportpark with MLB, NASCAR, and Callaway Golf. The All-American Sportpark is a 65 acre, $40 million original live-action sports theme park on the strip in Las Vegas. Donovan has also served as Senior Vice President of New Business Development for Saint Andrews Golf Corporation, the publicly traded parent company of All-American Sportpark. Currently, Donovan acts in multiple strategic advisory roles to the co-founder and President of Subway Restaurants, the number one franchise company with over 27,000 restaurants in 85 countries. Mr. Donovan collects rare autographed baseballs, and enjoys New York City, and the beaches and mountains of Southern California.
André Costa de Sousa
Vice President Creative & Technology
 
Since joining Planetwide Media in August of 2007, Mr. Costa de Sousa has assembled a team of designers and developers focused on improving workflow while achieving success
through the innovative use of design and technology. His expertise derives from a notable career in concepting and executing award-winning projects for key entertainment and consumer product brands such as New Line Cinema, Fox Atomic and IGN. Of particular note are his contributions to lordoftherings.net and foxatomic.com.
Mark Politi
Vice President - Licensing and Media Relations
 
Mr. Politi brings over twenty years of experience in all aspects of entertainment licensing and merchandising to Planetwide Media.
Mr. Politi was the founder and CEO of MPA Publishing Inc., a licensing and merchandising company that produced licensed consumer products for the entertainment industry. Mr. Politi was also SVP/CFO of Zanart Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZANA), a publicly traded entertainment and licensing company. Mr. Politi brings a substantial knowledge base in leveraging brand value for both public and private companies. He has been directly involved in the licensing and merchandising campaigns of over 175 films and television licensing and marketing programs including Titanic, Star Wars, Star Trek, X-Files, Batman, Superman, and Looney Tunes. Mr. Politi enjoys social media and collecting abstract art.
